1. Who we are

R.E.A.L. PROJECT is a training coordination app for hybrid athletes, developed by Eugenio Rao. You can contact us at hello@realproject.app.

2. What data we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and a short description of your current training. This is the only personal data we collect before the app launches.

We do not collect payment information, location data, or any health or training data prior to the app launch.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you provide solely to:

• Send you updates about R.E.A.L. and the app launch
• Notify you when Wave 1 early access pricing opens
• Communicate directly about beta access if selected

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Data storage

Waitlist submissions are collected via Tally and stored securely. Email communication is managed via Resend. Both services comply with applicable data protection regulations.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@realproject.app. We will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

6. Cookies

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics. This may change when the full product launches — this policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email.
