1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the R.E.A.L. PROJECT website (realproject.app) and the waitlist service. R.E.A.L. PROJECT is operated by Eugenio Rao.

By joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and places you on the priority list for Wave 1 early access pricing when the app launches on the App Store.

Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta, which is subject to device compatibility requirements (iPhone 15 Pro or later, iOS 26+, Apple Watch).

No payment is collected prior to the App Store launch. All purchases will be processed through Apple's App Store at the time of launch.

3. Founding pricing

Wave 1 pricing (€79/year) is reserved for early waitlist members. This rate is locked for the life of the subscription as long as it remains active. If you cancel your subscription, the founding rate is not guaranteed upon reactivation.

Standard pricing will apply to subscriptions initiated after founding waves close.

4. No payment pre-launch

R.E.A.L. PROJECT does not accept payment outside of the Apple App Store. Any request for payment prior to the official App Store launch should be treated as fraudulent.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the brand name R.E.A.L. PROJECT, copy, design, and code — is the property of R.E.A.L. PROJECT and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

R.E.A.L. PROJECT is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, feature availability, or specific outcomes from using the app. The app is a training coordination tool and does not replace professional medical, nutritional, or coaching advice.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email.
